Affiliate Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older to participate in the affiliate program.
- To join, please sign up at our Affiliate Signup Page.
- Affiliates may not promote Bay Area Web Design services using spammy, illegal, or unethical marketing tactics.
2. Referral Commission
- Affiliates earn 10% commission on purchases of $20 or more made by first-time customers.
- Commissions apply only to first-time customers referred through the affiliate’s unique link.
- Affiliates also earn recurring commissions equal to the monthly subscription payment for any referred customer who signs up for a website management subscription.
3. Payouts
- Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal.
- Payouts are issued on the first of each month.
4. Prohibited Activities
- Affiliates may not use misleading, false, or deceptive advertising practices.
- Affiliates may not bid on Bay Area Web Design branded keywords in paid advertising campaigns.
- Affiliates may only use coupon codes through approved channels.
5. Termination
Bay Area Web Design reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account for violations of these terms without prior notice.
6. Modifications
Bay Area Web Design may modify the affiliate program terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bay Area Web Design is not responsible for lost commissions due to technical errors, website issues, or any third-party platform failures.
By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to these terms and understand your responsibilities as an affiliate of Bay Area Web Design.
